Working together

Annie Elliott

Our first step is a telephone conversation about your project, and together we determine whether bossy color's core services, color consultation, or the "bossy basic" is right for you.

The next step is a site meeting so we can discuss more extensively how you live and what you'd like to accomplish in your home. In addition to taking photographs and necessary measurements, I provide some suggestions you can implement right away.

After our site meeting, I e-mail you a brief proposal recommending a scope of work and deliverables and estimating my hours and fee. We refine the proposal as necessary, and then we move forward.

Bossy color clients are empty nesters, young families, couples, and singletons. In D.C., I've worked with house-, row house- and apartment- dwellers in Cleveland Park, Woodley Park, AU Park, Chevy Chase, Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, Shaw, and on Capitol Hill. I also work in the close-in suburbs and at clients' weekend houses beyond the city limits.

Depending on the project's scope, I routinely work with architects, contractors, window treatment fabricators, upholsterers, and other trade professional on my client's behalf.

Whether we're revamping your current home or moving you into a new one, let's have fun with it, make it gorgeous, and make it work best for you.
